BrainWavr does not load analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on the public landing page. Where BrainWavr uses cookies or similar browser storage on product surfaces, they are limited to technically necessary purposes such as secure sign-in, session continuity, security functions, and saved interface preferences.

The cookie notice shown on first visit lets you accept the current cookie setup or decline optional cookies. That choice is recorded in browser storage so the notice does not reappear on every page load.

At the moment, both choices lead to the same live behavior on the public landing page because no optional analytics or marketing cookies are active there.

Browser storage used by the app

BrainWavr currently stores some application data in browser storage, including theme preference and authenticated workspace context, so that signed-in users can continue their work across page loads. This storage is used only for product operation and is not used for profiling or cross-site advertising.

Legal basis

Technically necessary cookies and browser storage are used on the basis of Section 25 (2) TDDDG where applicable and Article 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR when the storage is required to deliver the requested service, preserve security, or keep the interface functioning.

If BrainWavr introduces optional analytics or marketing technologies later, they should only be activated after explicit consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing where legally applicable, and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
